Ethical Democratization of Mental Health with AI and Digital Technologies: Dr. Oren Asman (PIPATL) - April 2024

In this Harvard Medical School Program In Psychiatry And The Law (HMS PIPATL) meeting, held on April 24, 2024, Dr. Oren Asman from Tel Aviv University presented his work with colleagues on The Democratization of Mental Health tools that was recently presented in an International Workshop on Digital Well being at Tubingen University and published as a preprint (https://preprints.jmir.org/preprint/58011) In his talk he also presented a practical example of how bioethical considerations were taken into account when they developed a digital tool for Immediate Stabilization after exposure to a traumatic event, now being tested as a part of an RCT (See: https://classic.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT06277973 )
